The Executive Insights: Exploring the Year Ahead with Home Building’s Top Leaders panel, moderated by National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) CEO Jim Tobin, is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2025, and promises to attract an audience of more than 500 professionals eager to hear insights on the challenges and opportunities facing the homebuilding sector in 2025. The panel will feature a Q&A format where leaders from various segments of the homebuilding industry will discuss strategic outlook, innovations in construction technology, sustainability, material supply chains, and more. Attendees will gain invaluable insights into what to expect from the homebuilding sector in the coming year.

This year’s recognition will be awarded to Christina Celata, a former student at HBI’s Benjamin Franklin Career Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
