You'll work the floor, learn the products, serve customers, and take ownership of your own area. We provide real responsibility from the start, and our goal is to have you work each part of the store to have a comprehensive knowledge for advancement opportunities.

IN-PERSON AT TEAM HEADQUARTERS
Lumber Camp is 84 Lumber's signature immersive training program held at Team Headquarters in Eighty Four, PA. For two-and-a-half days, you'll join Manager Trainees across the country in a comprehensive training experience where you will learn:
- Company history and culture
- Load building and delivery
- Special orders
- Product knowledge
- Basic estimating & takeoffs
- Complete house building process
- Trade relations
- Managing profitability & financial performance
