Dave Morgan, 84 Lumber’s general counsel
EIGHTY FOUR, Pa. (March 30, 2026) – 84 Lumber is announcing the promotion of Dave Morgan from deputy general counsel to general counsel, effective immediately.
Morgan joined the company in 2016 as deputy general counsel and has played a critical role in guiding 84 Lumber through significant growth and key initiatives. In his new role, he will oversee all legal matters for the company, providing strategic counsel and supporting long-term operations and success.

Prior to joining 84 Lumber, Morgan was a partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where he focused on commercial and business litigation. He also held positions at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, gaining experience in a wide range of legal areas, including general litigation, real estate law, medical malpractice, and products liability.
